Help with a Code

My doctor did surgery, preoperative diagnoses 1. Torn extensor pollicis longus of wrist. 2. De Quervain's tenosynovitis. After going in and spending time he found no hemorrhage or rupture of the extensor pollicis longus. He went into 2 separate compartments and released extensor pollicis brevis and abductor pollicis longus.
His postoperative diagnoses was 1. Intact extensor pollicis longus. 2. De Quervan's tenosynovitis.
He wants to bill for 1. Exploration of extensor pollicis longus and Tenolysis of first dorsal compartment.
I am having trouble finding anything for the exploration. Should I just bill for the De Quervain's?
I hope this is not a dumb question

Thank you
Beth
