ICD9 for worm in stool (no joke)

We had a patient come in the other day saying that she has seen a worm in her stool and the doc coded "worried well". I'm wondering if anyone knows if there is a more accurate ICD9 code to use for this. I see 127.9 worm in intestine but I don't know that it's accurate since it deals with "infestation" and she doesn't describe this as such; although she does state that she has seen it intermittently on other occasions.
