Autoimmune Panel/modifier

My office does an Autoimmune panel that consists of 4 cpt codes. 86038,86225,86235,and 86235 again. The first 86235 is for Anti Sm/RNP and the second is for SSA/SSB. Is there some way that both 86235 can be billed? Is there a modifier that would work?

Extractable nuclear antigen, antibody to, any method (eg, nRNP, SS-A, SS-B, Sm, RNP, Sc170, J01), each antibody. Bill for separate analytes and note the number in Units Col.
