procedure code #82274

Why does Cigna only allow x one for code #82274, but when I look up the information on the test it shows (1-3 simultaneous determinations).

When we enter x 3 units for 82274, they only allow x 1unit, and dissallow the other 2 units.

differnt dates?

are you using a different date for each one or the same date?

They are all on the same line of the HCFA form on the same date x 3 units.
