Reclast infusion

We are looking into doing Reclast infusion in the office setting. However it looks like the only codes we can bill are for the med J3488 and for the infusion 96365. If this is the case the reimbursement is not worth it. 96365 looks like it only pays around $66.00. To pay for supplies and an RN it doesn't seem wise. Does anyone else do in your office and is it worth it?

We do give Reclast but I work in a facility setting.
Let me just give you a warning that documentation for this drug is very strict. There are only a couple of diagnosis that cover this infusion which makes it extremely diffcult.
