How do you code an ultrasound guided sclerotherapy? I have been using 93971, 76942, and 36471. BCBS has started denying the 93971 as included in the payment of other services. Can anybody give me some tips??

They won't allow you to bill the 93971 with it as they consider that diagnostic in which is denied with the procedure. 36471 and 76942 is the way to go.
