TCM: still waiting for CMS update

Hello,

I listened in to the Open Door Forum last week, and asked about TCM.
What date of service?
What place of service?
Since CPT® mentions licensed staff under the supervision of physicians, does this mean RN/LPN or can MAs do some of the education/coordination/follow up activities?

and, a few other questions asked by others.

To all the answer was: we'll have to get back to you on that. We are preparing a list of FAQ. They asked me to email my questions to the OPF call coordinator, which I did.

As of today I haven't had a response. When I hear, I'll post the answers here, and revise the Codapedia article on the topic. I checked the CMS website just this morning: no transmittal, ML Matters article or FAQ on the topic.
