ICD-10-PCS: Coding repairs of wounds following simple skin excisions BGRAVES122 posted Sept 9, 2016 I

I hope you can assist me with this as I've spent hours trying to find the following information in ICD-10-PCS guidelines and elsewhere.

Case: Moles, right thigh, and left chest I coded D22.71, D22.5, 0HBHXZZ, 0HB5XZZ BUT... I cannot find anywhere that if the surgeon sutures or repairs the sites where the simple lesion was excised whether this is included in the procedure for the excision and not coded separately?
