has anyone had any luck with Medicaid paying the tcm code 99495

We have been billing for the TCM codes 99495 and 99496 since November and have received payment from both Medicare and BCBS. These are the only insurance plans that I know pay for this service. Make sure you have all your documentation in the chart and bill on the 30th day (this includes the day of discharge!!) Hope this helps
