Amerigroup billing

I billed a 99383 EP and 90460, 90715. They said the 90460 is incidental to the 99383 EP modifier and only paid the 90460 @ 10.00.

Did you use a 25 modifier on 99383? That would probably solve the problem and long as your provider dictation supports the 25 modifier.
