Anesthesia for NG tube and IV placement

This is an unususal case where the young patient needs sedation, mre than moderate/conscious, just to place an NG tube and IV for lab draws. This unfortunate patient has been through alot and not does not tolerate any procedure no matter how minor. I am thinking unlisted 01999?
