X-rays

What's the best way to tell if x-rays can be billed together or if one is included in the other. Example being 71100 and 71010. Just looking in the book I can't tell that 71010 would be included in 71100. I'm new to radiology coding and am looking for direction. Any reference material would be appreciated too.
