Emergency Room Consultation

Patient is under observation in emergency room and the doctor performed a level 4 consultation.So what would be the CPT Code and place of service code.Can I able to bill 99244 with POS code 23?Please advise

ER consult

If the requirements for a consult are met (request for a specific reason, not called to see own patient, etc, etc) a consult may be billed.
