Vaccine?

I have 90471,90715,90472, and 90472 not getting paid because This immunization administration charge was not covered as there is no corresponding immunization service. You are not responsible for this charge amount as indicated in the Claim Summary Information section of this Explanation of Benefits. his Immunization Administration charge was not covered as the corresponding Immunization service is not covered. Dont know why this is not correct?

90471 covers the administration of the first vaccine which is 90715 (which is the DtaP vaccine), why are you charging 90472 this is for an additional vaccine administration and you need the vaccine code that it is covering. thats why it is not getting paid, you are showing that one vaccine was administered.
