help coding a MCP joint contracture release

Op reports states on operative procedures:
Left thumb MCP joint contracture release, volar capsular plication and joint pinning.
Description states:
The adductor aponeurosis was then divided. The collateral ligaments were than partially released from the metacarpal head. The Freer elevator was then utilized to release the volar plate from the metacarpal neck region. The MCP joint could be passively flexed to approximately 45 degrees. With this position held a kirshner wire was place acrpss the MCP joint.
How do I code this.
