Multiple px and a px within the post op

My surgeon performed an I&D of an abscess on 07/09/12 on 3 different areas: left axilla, right thigh, & mons pubis. I coded this like: 56405, 10060-51 and 10060-59. He turned around and did an I&D of a thigh abscess (dx: multiple abscesses-on 07/13/12), which was within the global of the first 3 procedures. I am not quite sure how I would need to code this. I'm thinking the px should be 10060 with one of the return to surgery during the postoperative period modifiers, but I'm not quite sure.
