Welcome to Medicare Visit (IPPE)

Can anyone tell me the parameters for what you can/cannot do during this visit? One Dr. says it's a regular physical plus the required going over medications, etc. while another Dr. says it's just the required going over medications? Can you include the alcohol counseling, tobacco cessation, or obesity counseling during this visit?
