Pricing modifiers, TC or 26, goes first, statistical modifiers such as 76 go second.

Modifiers 76 and 91

Modifier 76 can be used on procedures and services other than radiology, the only limitation CPT® lists for it's use is e/m codes. Since modifier 91 is specific to repeat clinical diagnostic laboratory tests only it would over ride it for laboratory services. Just want to clarify the proper use of 76.
