AIN III excision should this be benign or malignant

When excising a lesion that turned out to be AIN III should this be considered benign or malignant?

AIN is a term that is used to describe dysplastic changes of the epithelium of the anal canal. AIN III represents full thickness changes. Patients with AIN III may be at higher risk of developing anal cancer. I would verify with pathologist. Some may be considered CA in Situ.
