CPT® 22633, 22634, 22852, 22842, 22851, 20930

I need help. I have been trying to get this claim resolved since 2012. Per Humana is stating that our add-on codes do not go with our Primary codes. Claim is not supported by a valid primary code. I put the claim through AMA CCI edits and the only thing that is wrong is coding 22842 and 22852 together, in which it says a modifier would be appropiate and we used MOD 59. The codes listed is what we billed on the subject line. I did find an article that NASS and AMA were working on getting these codes updated to included instrumentation. Does anyone have any information?
