What CPT® code would you use for cervical epidural hematoma evacuation done with a laminectomy at the same site? It is extradural.

i did look at this and have used it in the past but recently a co-worker said that his CPT® is for lesions and not for hematoma's with a laminectomy. do you have any documentation that i can present to her to show her this is the correct code for this procedure?
