Standby services with Medicare

I found in the Online manual for Medicare that it appears for CPT® code 99360(standby)"Such services are a part of hospital costs to provide quality care" But was just wondering if anyone had every billed for standby services (maybe with a HCPC code)for the physician and got reimbursed as it appears my Dr. should get paid for the time he spent at the hospital as standby? Any help would be appreciated.
