Need CPT® code for obtaining hemostasis

I hope someone can help me with a CPT® code. The doc had to return to the OR (mod 78) due to excessive bleeding after a foot surgery. Multiple sticks of suture were placed in the area of pooling and hemostasis agents were used and then cauterized extensively. Any suggestions?
