Skate Grafts

I have to bill a skate graft to the nipple/areola of a reconstructed breast s/p carcinoma. What code should I use for the skate graft? I FTSG is being done also.

Any type of graft harvest or placement, including the skate graft, is included in 19350 and not separate reported (per the American Society of Plastic Surgeons).
