Colon Rectal Sx Coding, Help!

Need a little help...Pt had Sx for Diverticulitis...had to take patient back to OR x2, on seperate days..not sure how to code for these items:

Evacuation of Large Retroperitoneal Hematoma
Suture Ligation of the active arterial deep bleeding
Reduction of small bowel hernia behind anastomosis

Help....anyone have any ideas??
