Code for Hemodynamically Unstable?

OBGYN Emergency Room Consultation.

Scenario 1:
Diagnosis: Metrorrhagia 626.6 and Blood loss anemia 280.0
Patient examined. Hormone injection given to stop bleeding. Rx for iron medication. Patient discharged home. Follow-up in clinic.

Scenario 2:
Metrorrhagia 626.6, blood loss anemia 280.0, patient hemodynamically unstable.
Patient admitted, IV fluids, blood transfusion.
What code should I use for patient hemodynamically unstable that documents patient needs admission and transfusion? I read somewhere it is important to document that patient is hemodynamically unstable.
Hypovolemia 276.52?
V71.89, specified as hemodynamically unstable?

Thanks,
