Two Brain tumor removals

1 craniectomy was performed in which two tumors were removed, one in the left suboccipital hemisphere and one on the right -inferior cerebellar, my question is my provider coded 61518 is the second tumor included in this or is there a way to code a second tumor? two dura grafts were done.
