What CPT code would you use to code evacuation of clots after a cesarean section?

Q0 & Q1 Modifiers for Investigational & Routine Clinical Trial Services

When billing Medicare for services related to clinical trials, is anyone able to identify services? if so, how do you do it? Seems you would have to sit with the study protocol as you code.
