Billing for 95165

I am new to ENT billing. I have a Doctor that orders his vials from a laboratory. He sends a list of the allergies and the lab mixes the vials and sends them back to us. We keep them in the office and give them to the patients from there. How do we bill for the handling/keeping of the vials? Or can we at all? The laboratory told the office to bill 95165 and the subsequent allergy injections. This just doesn't sound right to me since we did not prepare the antigens for the immunotherapy.
