cpt code for Non human graft for temporary wound closure 5 cm defect scalp?
I have used codes 15420-15421 15430-15431 alone and together what am I doing wrong and what is the answer I worked and worked on this and still coming up incorrect. Please help me what I need to do so I do not have this problem?

A Zenograft is a graft from animal. A homograft is from human-human. Which are you using? Homograft is 15300-15321 series. These code series are not used for simple graft placement stabilized with gauze wrap. There is a fixation by the surgeon, ex, suturing to skin.
