31255 -50; 31267; 31288 -50

Really hard to say without operative note. Look at 31255-50, 31267, 31287 or 31288-50. The CPT® book has numerous examples of coding these sinus procedures. About code 31276, you should report 31276 only when your otolaryngologist documents that he performed specific frontal sinusotomy procedures. 31276 describes a complicated procedure, for frontal recess dissection and because it was not coded, I presume it was not done.
