PT modifier for screening colonoscopy

I was curious if coders are using the -PT modifier for claims going to BCBS, not just Medicare? Anyone getting these denied if you use the -PT modifier for a screen turn diagnostic and the payer isn't Medicare? Thanks.

I am getting paid for Pt with BlueCross and Cigna. Haven't tried any of the others.
