gender mismatch
Can any one help me... we have billed 76856 with dx 608.9 but its denied for patient gender mismatch. we have male patient.

Per CPT: 76856 includes the complete evaluation of the *female* pelvic anatomy. (Wrong code for a male)

Sorry, also applicable to males. Can you be more descriptive with the Dx code?
