Tracheostomy with transection of the thyroid isthmus

I am looking for a tracheostomy code that includes the transection of the thyroid isthmus. I could be reading too much into this and it could be part of the trach procedure, but I have coded much of these and didn't want to miss anything. Any thoughts?

In a tracheostomy, the thyroid isthmus is cut if necessary. I am not sure this helps you or not.
