Subsequent visits

I am seeing that alot of our inpatients notes are stating waiting for placement to rehab facility. My questions is this the patient is stable and we are not having to really do anything for them at this point so would you still bill for an inpatient E&M 99231 - 99233?

If the visit meets the criteria, you can report it. It is usually a low level service in this case.
