high grade dysplasia

My surgeon removed two polyps during a colonoscopy. From the path report, one came back adenomatous and the other was high grade dysplasia. Should I use 230.3 for the dysplastic polyp along with 211.3 for the adenomatous polyp?

Dysplasia is halfway between benign and cancer. A finding of dysplasia, therefore, means the tissue is in transition from benign to malignant, which – translated into ICD-9 terms – is a “neoplasm of uncertain behavior.” This is reported with 235.2 (neoplasm of uncertain behavior, colon). It is important to verify between a cancer in situ and Neoplasms of uncertain behavior, based on physician documentation and pathology report. Carcinoma-in-situ may indicate a high-grade dysplasia (230.3).
