Medicare paps

When billing Medicare for a routine gynelogical exam V72.31 I can bill Q0091 and G0101. Since Medicare doesn't cover preventive medicine codes, do I bill just a regular E&M for the visit?

You do not bill a sick visit when you are doing an a symptomatic patient encounter. If criteria is met for code G0101, bill it, if collecting a PAP bill Q0091. If you are doing a preventive encounter that is E/M code billed, not covered by Medicare.
