Coding Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy

My office performs sclerotherapy. We are billing procedure codes 93971, 36471, and 76942, what modifier should we apply "59"? We are billing all three during the same session. Thank you.

RT or LT is all I can think of. The 59 modifier is used if a specific code is considered integral to a procedure and is used to bypass edit. Otherwise, not needed. Also used to designate different site or time of day.
