Rotator Cuff Repair Question

The surgery consisted of the following:
- Shoulder arthroscopy
- Rotator cuff repair
- Proximal bicep tendon repair

I had started to put 29827, but does it also apply to 29828? Or add 24321?

Not sure how to go about this.
