Skin tags excision
Excision of skin tags CPT® 11200 and 11201 is not bein paid by insurance company. Is there another CPT® code that we can use that would probably be paid by the insurance company?

Are you using the correct diagnosis. I use 701.9.

Yes I have used the ICD 9 code 701.9. It seems to be the CPT® codes that are being denied.
