CPT® code for sub-total colectomy w/ileo sigmoid anastamosis

I am asking for ideas on coding for a Open sub-total colectomy w/ileo sigmoid anastamosis please.

I am assuming you would use 44140 as it was not a total colectomy. 44141, 44143 & 44144 are out because there was no colostomy and 44145-44147 is anastomosing the rectum which is not what your surgeon did so I would go with 44140.
