When do we code V06.6? We were coding V06.6 when pneumovas and flu shot
given at the same visit...now we are being told to only use this code when they
were mixed and injected in one injection. We are told to use V03.82 and V04.81 if they were injected separately at the same visit.

CMS's preventive medicine guide (which you can download from the codapedia page on Medicare preventive medicine), says to use V06.6 "When purpose of the visit was to receive both the pneumococcal and influenza vaccines"
