Humana Medicare advantage x-ray denials

I'm getting denials on my Humana x-rays billing a 99214 with a 73120. I have tried with or with a 25 modifier then i noticed it was only my bilateral x-rays that were denying so i got more specific and attached modifier RT or LT. Refiled as corrected claim and they were still denied saying improper modifier or missing modifier. Any help would be appreciated
