Hip Arthroscopy

Does anyone know better CPT® codes to bill for 29914, 29915 & 29916 for treatment of pincer, cam lesions and labral repairs of Femoroacetabular impingement? Most all insurance companies state this procedure is experimental/investigative unless the patient has met a certain criteria. Even if the MRI or clinical notes do not state the exact wording the insurance companies want to see, they will deny the charge. Thank you
