What X-Ray Codes Do We Use..

We billed 73564 and 73565, however we know now we cannot bill both of these codes together. This is what x-rays were obtained:

Standing AP and lateral views of both knees.

Do we just bill the 73565 or can we bill out the 73560 also for the lateral views? How would you properly code this service?

Thanks. But what about the "standing AP". We bill the 73565 also then with the 73560-RT & 73560-LT, correct?

No, you do not bill 73565 if you did you would be billing too many views.
