Breast Tissue Re-arrangement

Is it appropriate to use the adjacent tissue transfer or rearrangement codes (14000-14302) for internal rearrangement of breast tissue to fill in the defect caused by the partial mastectomy?
Op report reads: "The breast is mobilized in the subgranular and subcutaneous plane and then re-approximated in several layers using 2-0 Vicryl suture. Then the skin is closed in layers."

The tissue rearrangement is performed during the partial mastectomy procedure.

Per CPT®, it appears these codes are for integumentary tissues NOT breast tissue.

Would code 19366 - Breast reconstruction with other technique be appropriate for this procedure?
