Ob/gyn & 99058

Our OB/GYN wants to start using 99058 -Service(s) provided on an emergency basis in the office, which disrupts other scheduled office services, in addition to basic service- because of the high volume of patients that he sees as emergent however I can not find anyone who pays this code he also wants to use;
99060 Service(s) provided on an emergency basis, out of the office, which disrupts other scheduled office services, in addition to basic service when he gets a call to delivery.
I have not seen or heard other OB/GYN using this code.
Please help.
