How do you code a well woman exam for gynecolgy which includes breast pelvic and pap smear.

How do you code for a well woman without pap smear but just with breast and pelvic exam.

What are the diagnosis and cpts codes?

G0101 for the pelvic and breast exam, Q0091 for the pap smear.....V72.31
Medicare covers @2 years for low risk and @ 12 months for high risk.
