Laminotomy L3, Revision Laminotomy L4 all on LT

If my surgeon does a Hemilaminectomy at L3 and a Revision Hemilaminectomy at L4 do i code this as a revision or as a new Laminotomy, i debabted between 63030-LT or 63042-LT each of these codes are stating that it is per interspace, any help would be great. Thanks

63042 is used for re exploration of a disc (not for recurrent stenosis) and only if outside of the global period of the first surgery.
