Office visit with theraputic injection?
Can we bill a stardard office visit with a theraputic injection (96372)? We were once told that we could not do this and wondering if what we were told was correct?

Yes. Your E/M code would include a -25 modifier. You cannot bill a 99211 though per the NCCI edit manual.
